About Elles bougent

Elles bougent is a French organization founded in 2005. With a network of 150 partners - companies and institutions of higher education - it organizes more than 300 actions per year in France thanks to its 3500 female mentors, women engineers and technicians in sectors such as aerospatial, automobile, construction, energy and IT. Today, it wishes to share its know-how in other countries that face the same challenges of gender diversity in industry.
