Read the report from Yolande Azzout, Project Manager of Innovation and Transformation, diversity coordinator at Veolia Water Center-East in France :
« How to speak of professionnal equality to an essentially male audience and the role of men for more diversity ? It was this delicate exercise that we tried with 140 high school students, mostly boys in Grenoble’s Vaucanson High School. The prefect and the academic director closed this day with conviction. »
6 engineers with different and complementary backgrounds have shared their choice of scientific career and professional experience with high school students, including 2 Veolia female mentors of Elles Bougent, 2 other Sopra Steria female mentors of the association and also 2 engineers from CEA and Grenoble INP Phelma.
